NJCU Announces 2023 Jilin International Studies Graduates

JERSEY CITY, N.J. |  (NJCU) has announced that 13 doctoral students at the Jilin International Studies University (JISU) have graduated with an Ed.D. in Educational Technology Leadership from NJCU’s Educational Technology Department. 

The graduates will be honored during a virtual hooding ceremony on Tuesday, May 16 that includes graduates, administrators, and faculty from NJCU and JISU.

NJCU's Ed.D. in Educational Technology Leadership has been educating doctoral students for over a decade and has a rich history of developing leaders in K-12 and higher education, including through its international partnership with JISU.

The students completed 60 credits of coursework, including three live institutes. Their dissertations spanned important topics in educational technology including online learning, hybrid education, and technologies for student success. 

JISU is a private B.A. and M.A. granting university located in , in the Northeastern portion of the country. The school is focused on nurturing students’ successes in foreign languages and foreign affairs and has signature programs in translation studies, language and literature, education, and business. 

The NJCU EdTech doctoral and master’s programs are nationally recognized for their excellence. The Educational Technology Department was ranked 1st in the Nation by the College Affordability Guide. The Ed.D. in Educational Technology Leadership was ranked 9th in the Nation by Top Education Degrees. The Department’s M.A. in Educational Technology was ranked 3rd in the Nation for Online Educational Technology Programs by the Center for Online Education.
