NJCU Writers Work presents Cassandra Casella '15, an Italian-American poet and memoirist from Hoboken, N.J. Her poems, which have been deeply influenced by her family’s Italian background, have been published in "PATHs and Olive Girrrls: Italian North American Women and the Search for Identity."
An educator driven by a passion for equity and integrity, Cassandra strives to create impactful and meaningful learning experiences that empower students. She is pursuing a Doctor of Education degree at Pennsylvania State University.
