Affirmative Action Statement

Â鶹´«Ã½ is committed to ensuring that all its educational programs (including recruitment, admission, and retention of students), personnel actions (including application, hiring, promotion, compensation, benefits, transfers, layoffs, training, and tuition assistance), and its social and recreational programs are administered according to the principle of affirmative action and in compliance with relevant federal and state civil rights legislation.

The University community consists of a diverse population of men and women who represent various racial, ethnic, and economic backgrounds. The University continues to strive to maintain and extend that diversity not only to comply with the law but also to provide an educationally desirable environment.
