Make an Online Payment
How to Make Online Payments
- Log in to GothicNet: , Enter 7 digit GothicNet/Student Id Number and Password
- Make sure at the top-middle portion of your screen you are on the Student Homepage, then click on the tile labeled My Financial Account.
- On the left-hand side of your screen, select Make a Payment
- Select either Current Balance or Pay by Term
- Enter the payment amount in text field next to the amount due and click Continue
- Select one of these payment methods:
- New Electronic Check: Follow steps below
- Click on the Example for a diagram to assist you. Fill in all required fields. Pay careful attention to your routing and bank account numbers as inaccurate numbers will result in an unprocessed payment and a $40 non-refundable bank fee.
- Please click the Check Box if you wish to utilize this account for direct deposit of a future refund (if applicable).
- To save this checking/savings account securely for future payments, click the Check Box and name your payment method.
- Please review bank and payment information. If you agree to the terms and conditions, click the Check Box and click Continue
- Click Submit Payment on the account payment screen
- Credit Card via PayPath: Follow the steps below
- Review the information displayed and click Continue to PayPath.
- Review the Payment Amount information and click Continue.
- Enter required information on the credit card information screen and click Continue.
- Review Payment Transaction Information. If you agree with the terms and conditions, click the Check Box and click Submit Payment. A confirmation page will open displaying your payment receipt.
TransferMate for international transfers: This option is available on the payment portal. Sign into Gothicnet and select “My Financial Account” and then “Make a payment” and the option for TransferMate.
All international payments made through TransferMate are completely free of charge. You may be charged by your bank for making a local transaction, this is unfortunately out of our control.
